I have another computer, and the windows XP operating system. Unfortunately, I got the same Code 10 error, and there is a yellow “! SCSI driver for Win7 pro 64 bits. I have tried uninstalling the device and then forcing it to use the DJSVS file but it says this does not have any drivers for my device. Wednesday, October 2, 7:

Hi Russell Thanks so much for the info. I think you’ll have a tough time. Find out what’s new and notable about the Z6 in our First Impressions Review. Windows 10 would bti re-boot and I had to re-install everything. Does anyone know of a website that I would be able to find the drivers for a scsi hard drive?
Any additional information you can provide would be helpful so that others can avoid the issue. I downloaded and unzipped the file you provided, then went through the same procedure I did with the one from ETHE.
IMO, the best solution for the OP would be the solution that Russel Evans linked to in his earlier post to this thread here: That idea is good for running applications that will not run in 64 bit Win 7.
I have uninstalled this device but Device Manager keeps picking it up as new hardware. Moved by Christine Fok Tuesday, October 13, This card apparently has a driver compatible with Windows 7 bit, and it has a pin external port, which is what my scanners use.
Proposed as answer by msrvs Tuesday, June 14, 4: Didn’t work for aadaptec.
It gave me the pop up window about an unsigned driver, which I clicked through and finished the installation. Yes, I am sure that it will, but do not know if I want to go this route as it seems like a bit of work to do so. Should I have unassigned the previous driver from my SCSI card before adding adapttec assigning the one you sent? Can anyone advise me whether there is a path through this obstacle?

Which would be the better Operating system to use if not windows 7? It was recognized in my Hamrick’s VueScan too and scanned beautifully! I have to create the driver for adaptecc 7 64 italian, can I use the windows 7 64 bit english dvd? Muskoka District in Ontario, Adaprec, to our family’s cottage, built by my grandparents over a hundred years ago. If you run 64 bit you might be out of luck.

Install this driver software anyway. Saturday, October 2, 8: I’ll look into the rest and I’ll see what I can find. Those instructions look to be very “straight forward”, and I doubt it would take more than 290 or 10 minutes to get drivers installed in Win 7 to work with your Adaptec SCSI card.
